Office hours are generally 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday, with one evening a week and generally two Saturday mornings out
of three. It is his office policy to answer all phone calls as promptly
as possible.

Robert Banks has provided legal counsel to over 4,500 clients since his
admission to the Bar in October, 1978. During his 24 years of legal counseling
Attorney Banks has obtained
experience in many fields: estate
planning, estate administration,
family law, domestic relations law, personal injury and criminal law.
Education:
Attorney Banks graduated in 1968 from Ambridge Area High School. He
obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Clarion State College in 1972
and a Master of Arts in 1973. He worked his way through night law school
and graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1978 cum
laude. During his college years Attorney Banks worked at Armco
Steel in
Ambridge where, he says, he "got the best education I ever
had!"

has been counsel for the Beaver County Humane Society.
Background:
Born in 1950, he is the son of
the late John Alfred Banks and Etta Mae Banks. Attorney Banks grew up in
Ambridge. He is married to Bette, a
graduate of Ambridge Area
High School and a graduate of Clarion State College. They live in
Economy Borough. Attorney Banks is a life-long resident of the Beaver Valley and
understands its people and heritage.
